A3 vellum with mech pencils and a 6b.

You did a great job around the eyes, it definitely draws the attention :)
Some more shape on the beard would be nice though, especially under the lip and between the lip and chin. Notice the white space just beneath the lip, and how strange it is that something is so bright when it's actually beneath a protruding shape? :) So darken that, quite a lot, following the shape of the lip and making it darkest by the middle, where the lip usually protrudes the most.
I think adding some darker surfaces along the jawline and on the farther side of his cheek will also give a better sense of shape (but beards are hard to draw, I know! D: ), try making it blend into the black background a bit more :)

A tiny detail would be the texture on the lips, note how humans have little fold-like lines allover the lips? It's usually a good idea to make the shading in the same direction as the texture on the area :) So make a few small, dark lines on the lower side of the lip and soften it with the pencil by pressing lighter outwards, do the same from the upper side of the lip, and then work the shadows a bit more, add some smaller highlights by erasing :)
